Return and Refund Policies

Food Library has a no questions asked return policy for the products delivered to you. You can either return the products or get it exchanged via contacting our customer support team and we will do the needful.
The exchange of products can be made in case you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.
We don't cover the after delivery damage of products.
Reach us within 24 hours of delivery, through call or email, we will be glad to help you out.
Returned products will be accepted only if they are in good condition in original packaging with the receipts.
Acceptance of return and exchange request is subject to Food Library’s evaluation.
Returns or refunds once accepted will be processed within 7-21 business days.
However, all of the products of the Food Library are not repayable, once picked up.
Any item may be eligible for return only within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:
● Product is not physically damaged.
● Product should not be opened or used.
If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online. *Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

Shipping Policies

Food library strives to provide an amiable customer experience by delivering your purchased products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. 
All your orders will be processed in 1 business day and delivery to your preferred location can be expected within 4-5 business days. We are sorry for the unexpected delays that may be experienced due to uncertain challenges.
Delivery hours are likely to be 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The delivery receipt has to be signed by you once the delivery is accepted. However, Food library is not responsible for receipts signed by any other person.
